Mexi-Asian Scrambled Eggs


Amount Ingredient Name Description
4 eggs
1 cups edamame shelled and boiled
1/2 cups salsa

Steps
1. Scramble your eggs however you like them.

2. Once the eggs are mostly cooked add your favorite salsa and pre-cooked & shelled edamame soybeans to the pan. You probably want about a equal ratio of egg, salsa, and edamame but feel free to change this ratio to suit your tastes.

3. Allow to simmer just long enough to warm the contents equally (you're not trying to cook the edamame or salsa).

4. Remove from heat and serve.
